This is a free event will build a community of entrepreneurs that will support each other in ways that our medical system is not able to respond to. “All of us are greater than any one of us” will be our motto. The Problem
There’s a hidden dark side to being an entrepreneur that no one is talking about. Entrepreneurs are at great risk for mental health struggles but many are too busy to recognize the signs.
The entrepreneurial mentality of pushing one’s self to the brink in order to succeed triggers mood vulnerability. This makes their stress and anxiety that much harder to cope with.
Consequently, entrepreneurs are more likely to experience mental health conditions than the general public. Mental health concerns have been reported across 72% of entrepreneurs.
Compare this to a mere 7% reported for the general public – that’s astronomical!
According to Fortune magazine…
• 13% of all startups fail because their founders have lost focus
• 9% fail because they’ve lost their passion
• 8% fail due to founder burnout
This means that 30% of startups fail due to the eroded emotional state of their founders. The modern day term for this is “founder’s blues”.
